About Me

In Second Life over 10 years, I studied at Amatsu Shima Okiya and attained Geisha status.  I am known as Geisha Mishiori.  What I loved most was studying Japanese history and art.

I practice only "role-play light", but  I almost invariably appear in kimono and my Second Life persona is definitely Geisha.

Later,  I studied Shinto and Miko-lore at Little Yoshiwara but decided not to become Miko.

My home is a Japanese style garden called "The Voice of The Cicada" featuring bonsai, haiku, a Shinto shrine, a Buddhist shrine, and a small tea pavillion.  It is located on the island of UUtopia. All are welcome to visit at any time.

In real life, I live in Oregon USA, so my time zone is the same as Second Life Time (Pacific Standard Time).  I studied literature and history at Pomona College and Stanford University.
